At RemTech, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently and securely as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom PC builds may require additional assembly and testing time depending on component availability and build complexity.

SHIPPING

We currently offer nationwide shipping across South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:
• Major cities: 1–4 business days
• Regional/outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, supplier delays, or courier disruptions.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOM BUILDS

Custom-built systems undergo testing and quality control before shipment. This process may extend delivery timelines slightly to ensure reliability and performance.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
