Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from RemTech.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Custom-built PCs
• Special order items
• Software or digital products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper installation

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
